My only complaint on the room would be to add a blanket in the closet. I liked that they had multiple pillows available. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. I was really looking forward to the canyon view, but we were in the car for over 6 hours and I didnt have the energy to complain about the view (or the non existent bag). We walked what seemed to be forever down the long hallway and arrived at our room with a king bed and strip view. The first room that we were assigned was quickly taken by another agent, so we were given a room on the 17th floor. The check in lobby was large and we didnt have to wait long to be helped. The rate included a $50 meal credit and a summer swag bag (that was not provided at check in).
I booked online and requested a king room facing the canyon. We decided to stay at RR at the suggestion from my sister.
